Do you have a tourism-related project that needs some funding to help it succeed? HMATA wants to hear about it!

For our 2026/27 fiscal year (June 2026-May 2027), there are two funding opportunities available:

• ​The Ontario 55+ Winter Games Legacy Fund: Eligible sport-related projects (which can be for any age group) can apply for up to $20,000 in funding. Applications are open until August 18, 2026. Get details on eligibility and how to apply here.

• Non-sport tourism-related projects that align with HMATA's strategic priorities can submit ad hoc requests for funding here. (Note: The previous Visitor Attraction Grant program has been suspended.)
